The Baker Institute is committed to providing you with the best possible customer service experience. The Baker Institute is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) which sets out a number of principles concerning the privacy of your information.

The Rise & Recharge app uses Google Analytics to collect information about users. The Google Analytics Platform lets the Baker Institute measure user interactions with the Rise & Recharge app across various devices and environments. It anonymously tracks how users interact with the Rise & Recharge app, including what they did on the Rise & Recharge app and collects de-identified and aggregated movement data for the purpose of understanding the impact of the Rise & Recharge app on user behaviour. The information about your use of the Rise & Recharge app will be transmitted to, and stored by, Google on servers in the United States of America. Google will use this information for the purpose of compiling reports on the Rise & Recharge app’s activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. If you do not wish for this information to be collected by Google Analytics, we recommend you do not install or use the Rise & Recharge app.

No attempt will be made to identify users or their activities, except in the unlikely event of an investigation where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect the logs.
