I found it really easy to use, I didn’t have to think about sitting too long and the prompts forced me to get out of my chair regularly and encouraged other positive behaviour such as drinking more water (I’m always saying I need to drink more water!).
The prompts to stand up and move more also served as useful brain breaks, enabling me to recharge and I think they definitely contributed to greater productivity. When it comes to work habits, taking regular breaks to think more clearly and drinking more water were also on my to-do list and this app was a great trigger to make those changes.
